About Tami
Tami Lynn Renner was born and raised among the wheat fields and wine country of Southern California but discovered her love for writing stories while teaching drama to middle school students in Nashville, Tennessee. At the end of 2024, Tami married a delightful man named Cameron Wise, and Tami happily took his name as her own, changing her author/penname to Tami Lynn Wise.
Under the penname, Tami Lykens, her debut novel, VICTOR, a historical fiction for middle-grade readers, was published in Australia during a nine-year residency. While praying hard with big faith; working in libraries, a grocery store, and Starbucks, Tami completed her BA in English for Creative Writing as an older-than-usual university student.
VICTOR’s sequel, ARDITH, is complete and a waiting agent representation. Other works in progress can be seen HERE.
When Tami’s not writing, she can be found playing with kids at church, growing zucchini, and stomping around Wise Acres with Cameron.
